Proceedings:

1. The meeting was called to order at 1:30 am by the class adviser of 6-Earth, Mrs. Vivian M.
Frondarina. Out of 20 expected attendees, only 15 guardians/parents were present.
2. The meeting started with a prayer by the classroom adviser followed by greetings
3. The Election of HRPTA Officers for S.Y. 2021-2022 was one of the highlights of the meeting
4. The following were the elected HRPTA Officers

5. The adviser asked the elected HRPTA President to give some words to the parents. At first
she thanked them for trusting her to be their president, she gave her support for the programs and
projects of the school especially to our section.
2. The rules and regulations of the school were thoroughly discussed.
• School Health protocols are strictly implemented
• Attendance is strictly monitored. Absenteeism is discourage.
• Child’s discipline is a must. Any form of bullying will be sanctioned.
3. For the information of everybody, Mrs. Frondarina presented the K to 12 Grading System.
4. The meeting was adjourned at exactly 3:00PM.
