I. Call to order

The SSG Moderator Rowena T. Ladoing called to order regular meeting of the Supreme
Student Government at 8:00 AM of September 20, 2021 in Notre Dame of Parang
Gymnasium.

IV. Agenda

 Tentative School activities

- The officers who attend the meeting suggested activities for the school activities in
every month. For the month of September, we have the; Election, Oath taking. For
October we have; Intramural and we also suggested activities for intramural; Online
Games Tournament, Tiktok Dance Challenge, Poster making, Singing Contest,
Instrumental Playing, Quiz bee, Sports, Photography and United Nation.
 for November; Talk Show and Tiktok Halloween Makeup. for December; NDP
Paskuhan. For the January; English Festival. February; Valentines and for March;
Summer Fest.
 SSG fund and Projects
- The officers who attend the meeting discussed about the SSG Fund and we decided
that each student of JHS Department of Notre Dame of Parang will Pay 30.00 pesos
and the SSG officer will pay 100.00 pesos. The money raised will be spent on the
upcoming school activities for this school year and also for the SSG officer's Projects.
- The SSG officer suggest a tentative project for this school year. The suggested
projects are; CR utensils, Painting the CR, fixing the holes of the roofs if there's any
and a gallon of alcohol for every classroom and also an alcohol stand for every
classroom.

IV. Agenda

 ESC Recertification – The principal discussed the recertification of the ESC. The
principal explained the SSG's task for the event. The principal also gave some
scenarios on what might happen during the recertification.

IV. Agenda

 Intramural Activities – The SSG discussed what activities should be held in Part 2
of the Intramurals. The activities that were approved are as follows: the MLBB
Tournament, the Singing Contest (Solo and Duet), the Halloween Costume Making
Contest, and the Parol Making Contest. 
 Tentative Date of the Intramurals - The SSG also discussed the possible dates on
which intramurals could be held. The SSG, together with the moderator, agreed that
the tentative date for the preparation and the intramurals is December 13–17, 2021.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING

I. Call to order

The SSG Moderator, Rowena T. Ladoing, together with the principal, Caroline K. Rusiana
called to order regular meeting of the Supreme Student Government at 1:30 PM of December
13, 2021 in Notre Dame of Parang AVR.

Al-Harthy D. Gampong read the minutes of the meeting. The meeting was approved as read.

IV. Agenda

 ESC Recertification –The principal gave some instructions to the SSG officers about
the upcoming ESC recertification. The principal also gave some ideas, notes, and
additional information that can be used for the said recertification. 
 Year-End Party - The SSG also discussed the year-end party. The instructions were
as follows: The year-end party will be held at the NDP Gymnasium on December 17,
2021. All SSG officers must attend the party, and those who cannot must give a letter
of excuse. All SSG officers should pay PHP 150 for the food. The gift must be over
PHP 150.00. Grade 10 officers should direct the flow of the program. Every SSG
student should go to Notre Dame of Parang Gymnasium on December 16, 2021 to
prepare for the party.
 Intramural Activity - The SSG officers also discussed the upcoming intramural with
the SHS SSG officers. The officers agreed that the intramurals should be held at Notre
Dame of Parang Gymnasium on the afternoon of December 18, 2021. The officers
also agreed to prepare for the intramurals on the morning of December 18, 2021.
