1. Customers
- Customers inside the business: are the people working in the business providing products and

VinFast approaches their customersthrough media such as TV, newspapers,social networking
platforms such asFacebook, Youtube, etc. They also useinfluencers such as Ngo Thanh Van, SonTung
MTP to increase brand awareness.
