DETAILS OF INVESTIGATION :

On about 8:00 AM, July 24, 2021 Fire Investigator’s Peter and Pedro, duty
operator of La Trinidad Fire Station, received an emergency request from Chief Daniel
that a fire is in progress at Sitio Buyagan, Brgy.Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet. The two was
dispatched at exact 08:00 AM and arrived on the scene at 08:15 AM.
The responding team announced fire out at 01:00 PM. The involved structure was
a two story, two family residential house and it is a wood frame constructed. No one was
hurt.
DISPOSITION:
The fire originated in the kitchen, through the gathering of evidence it was pointed
out that the fire started through the distribution of flammable accelerant (gasoline) and
was ignited by an open flame (match).
Two witnesses naming Tim Makder and Tim Makki identified the suspect as Jack
Ammo, on the statement of both witnesses they saw Jack breaking into the house
distributing a liquid and setting it on fire with a match. The motive of the suspect was
revenge and had been evicted on August 02, 2021.
