Key Highlights

You can select any 1 out of 6 electives:

Leadership
Business Analytics
Market Research
Finance
Human Resource Management
Operations and Supply Chain Management

Leadership and Business Analytics are skill-focused electives. They will

help you enhance your skills.

Market Research, Finance, HR Management, and Ops & SCM are

functional electives. They will help you develop fundamental
functional knowledge.

General elective selection recommendations:

If you already have several years of experience and knowledge in
your desired function, choose a skill-based elective. These skills can
be applied in all business roles. (If you have opted for LBS, you may
follow this up with a thesis that will further develop the skill.)
On the other hand, if you want to build solid foundational
knowledge, choose the relevant functional elective. (If you have
opted for LBS, you may subsequently choose a thesis topic that
enhances the functional knowledge even further.)

For LBS learners: Your choice of elective will not restrict your choice of
specialisation or thesis topic in the LBS phase. Please choose an IMT
elective solely based on your career needs.

The elective you choose will become a mandatory part of your program.
Additionally, you will receive optional access to the remaining 5
electives (excluding HBP material) at the end of the IMT phase.

The following pages contain details of each elective. Please read them
carefully to make an informed choice.
