Reflection Paper

After learning/performing all the basic skills of Futsal. Please answer the
following questions;

1. What do you think?

“Physical activities is one of the most essential way to engage your self into
doing something using your body”. It is something that makes your health and as
well as make your body refresh.

Doing all the basic skills of Futsal, the very first thing I thought that come up
into my mind is that even though it is all just a basic skills you really need to put
extra time and effort to learn those skills, “not that easy at all” is the words that I
always think whenever I want to practice especially doing the 2 skills which is the
dribbling and juggling.

Even though it is not easy, I always put in mind that everything has a process
and I believe that anything can be learn through practice and practice you can do
it.

2. What do you feel?

Performing the basic skills of Futsal is not that easy, I feel like I’ve worked
whole day when I practiced the most hard type of skills which is the juggling, I’ve
practiced for whole straight everyday just to master the control but I guess my
effort is not yet enough because I failed to successfully reach the 10 count
control, I feel half disappointed but still I’m happy that I’ve learned something new
as long as you are persistent you can do it.

3. What will you do?

Everything has a process even you are cooking rice for dinner there is step
by step process to make the product, just like doing physical activity you need to
practice, so the only thing I can do is to practice and practice until I fully learned
the skills, I know that my effort is not yet enough but through practice I believe
that I can be better and can successfully do it.
