Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reader

This form outlines the requirements for becoming a certified Soul Coaching Oracle Card
Reader. You must fulfill these and then fill out this form and mail it to the address listed below.

PLEASE NOTE:
Even if you sign the license agreement on the next page of this course and receive your
electronic certificate, you are not officially licensed until you have completed these
requirements and I have received this signed form.

I hope you’ve enjoyed the course, and I wish you the very best as you begin your oracle card
reading journey!

I am a person of my word and I promise the following:

Initials: I promise that I have watched all seven lessons of the Certified Soul Coaching
Oracle Card Reader Online Course.

Initials: I promise that I have conducted at least twenty-two (22) one-card spread
readings for at least ten different people to my satisfaction.*

Initials: I promise that I have conducted at least twenty-two (22) three-card spread
readings for at least ten different people to my satisfaction, within the
parameters of this class.*

Initials: I promise that I have conducted at least twenty-two (22) four- and five-card
spread readings for at least ten different people to my satisfaction, within the
parameters of this class.*

Initials: I promise that I have conducted at least twenty-two (22) multi-card spread
readings (7 or more cards) for at least ten different people to my satisfaction,
within the parameters of this class.*

*For your records, record the date, the amount of time spent on reading, and a brief synopsis of each reading.
The number of readings is retroactive to the beginning of class.

 Initials: I promise that I have completed the exercises within my Certified Soul
Coaching Oracle Card Reader Program Workbook to the best of my abilities.

Initials: I promise that I will offer a safe space for my Soul Coaching Oracle Card
Reader clients to discover their own personal oracle card meanings.

Initials: I promise that I will not create my own certification course with the material
provided and I will not declare that I am certifying people to become
professional Soul Coaching Oracle Card Readers.

Initials: I promise that I will act with the highest integrity and in an ethical manner
with my clients.

Initials: I promise that I am fully responsible for all my own actions regarding my Soul
Coaching Oracle Card Reader clients, marketing, and business practices and
I will not sue Denise Linn, Denise Linn Seminars Inc., any employees thereof, or
Hay House Inc.

Initials: I promise to work with my Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reader clients in
accordance with the standards taught by Denise Linn.

Initials: I understand Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reading isn’t therapy and I will
not do therapy with my Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reader clients, nor will I
represent myself as someone who uses Soul Coaching Oracle Card Readings
for therapy purposes.

Initials: I promise that the Soul Coaching Oracle Card Reader logo will be intact and
not changed.

Initials: I promise that the Soul Coaching® Oracle Card Reader name will always be
used in its entirety, without the addition of any other words, in the front of, in
the middle of, or at the end of, and not be changed or altered in any manner.

Initials: I promise that I will not market or sell any of the Soul Coaching Oracle Card
Reader workbook, videos, and mp3 meditation downloads. I understand
they are to be used only in conjunction with my Soul Coaching Oracle Card
Reader program and not as separate products for sale.

Initials: I understand that this program certifies me as a Soul Coaching Oracle

Card Reader, NOT a Soul Coaching Practitioner, and I agree not to represent
myself as such.
