About the team: Team Marketing:
 
Team Marketing comprises our rainmakers, critical to our success and scale. A group of
marketers passionate about data-driven decisions that can produce results. You'll get to
work under the direct guidance & leadership of two people that are very passionate about
marketing...our CEO, Darryl Jose & our Director, Clinton Jose, who are building a team
driven by growth, ensuring the ATC brand and its various subsidiaries get the visibility
and engagement it deserves from potential clients across all our business practices,
which include but are not limited to, cutting-edge Enterprise IT Solutions, SaaS Products,
Movie & Music Production, Tech Journalism and much more.

You would work in collaboration with our Sales Teams, understanding how the changes in
the market & the psychology of buyers can impact your marketing efforts on a daily basis.
Team Marketing is an agile team of independent thinkers, producing results and iterating
in short bursts. Within a short span of time, you will be utilizing the latest marketing tools,
implementing various strategies, and experimenting with some of the craziest growth
hacks.

 
What we are looking for:
 
Non-negotiables:

 Highly creative with excellent analytical thinking abilities (use of Google Analytics
extensively, creating reports, measuring ROI/ROAS)
 Outstanding (written & verbal ) communication and interpersonal skills
 Advanced Copy-writing skills
 Ability to multitask, organize, & prioritize work - Time Management is a must
 Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into reports
 Conversion Rate Optimization skills
 Independent thinking - The ability to not only find the right answer but takes the
necessary actions to scale within the role, identify new challenges and
opportunities and execute them

Job Responsibilities:

 Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients


 Research companies to create strategic communication plans
 Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email  
 Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively
determine customer needs 
 Respond to requests from customers as needed in a courteous and professional
manner
 Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry
 Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
