OFFER OF PROVISIONAL ADMISSION INTO A THREE MONTHS (FULL TIME) ADVANCED

DIPLOMA PROGRAMME FOR THE 2020 ACADEMIC SESSION (BACTH C)

With reference to your recent application for admission into AEROPORT COLLEGE OF AVIATION
& TRAVEL MANAGEMENT, I am pleased to inform you that you have been offered PROVISIONAL
ADMISSION for the 2022 (Batch C) Academic Session for a SIX WEEKS Full–Time Advanced
Diploma Programme in CABIN CREW at the Institution.

This provisional offer of admission is with the provision that you must obtain the required number of
credits in the relevant subject areas, before the expiration of the programme and comply to all
academic rules and regulation of the institute, failing which you will not be issued with the letter of
Completion as a graduate of this institution.

Your admission is subject to the following terms and conditions, inter alia:

(i) The minimum of 50% deposit of your overall tuition fee is payable ONCE before the
commencement of Registration in Credit Card, Cash or Bank Draft payable to the
Institution’s Corporate Bank Accounts below:

(ii) The Institution reserves the right to prescribe fees payable by students during their period
of study in the institution.

Furthermore, you will be expected to pay a minimum of 50% of the tuition fees on/before
resumption to complete the Registration Exercise. The balance payment can be spread up to two
(2) times and within Four (4) weeks of the programme commencement.
The payments are payable in Transfer, Credit Card or in Bank Draft and are made up as follows:

Tuition Fee: N 165,000.00

Study Pack: N 60,000.00 (Text Book, T-Shirt, Aviator Uniform & Rank, Tie, Identity Card,
Matriculation Fee, Student Prospectus, Study Map & Examination Fee,
Licence and Medical)

TOTAL: N 225,000.00 (Minimum of 80% {180,000} before resumption)

{Balance payments can be made in instalment up to two (2) times latest by Fourth (4 th)
week of resumption}

Please note that fees paid are not refundable under any circumstance. Copies of the bank teller
should be returned to the school immediately for a receipt.

Please note that as part of our curriculum, the students MUST embark on a visit to the airport and
a tour destination which is at additional cost. The cost will be determined by the destination chosen
by students of each session.

A compulsory Induction/Orientation Exercise for the 2022 Batch “C” will come up on
Saturday, 9th of July 2022. Clearance and registration exercise for the 2022 session begins
immediately. You are therefore, expected to report immediately to the Admin Office of the
Institution for clearance. During clearance and registration, you will be required to present the
original of the certificate(s) or any accepted evidence of the qualification(s) on which this offer of
admission is based.

All students are expected to resume for lectures on Monday 11th of July 2022 (Full Time) and
Sunday 10th July 2022 (Part-Time)
