I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Toasty avenue is a business owned by five (5) I.N.H.S – Senior High School Students who has similar
interests on baking. The business "Toasty avenue" products are cakes. The proponent aims to produce
quality cakes that satisfies one's cravings and demand and very accessible to the nearby community.
Having these said, the entrepreneurs decide to start their business with two branches to confirm which
location can have more profit and receive more reviews.
MISSION
Our mission is to make the cheapest and delicious cakes around. Today, most people are looking for
sweet exotic foods due to being coped up in their home, we came up in an idea and decided to make
things more comfortable for them in these times and make our products more accessible and satiate
their sweet food cravings and put a smile on their faces.
Toasty avenue's products are Chocolate cake, Mocha cake, Red velvet cake, Ube cake, Mango cake. To
give a wider choice for the customer and to ensure that the customers get the best and high-quality
cakes. In addition, the toasty avenue lets you customize your cakes with various toppings.
Moreover, Toasty avenue will go over continuous improvements and discover new cake recipes to
produce products that may reach the customers satisfaction rate. Also, the toasty avenue will be using
different promotional techniques and marketing strategies such as social media, giving out of flyers, and
other forms of advertisement to attract attention of its potential customers.
