    Dear Parents,

    This communication covers the Timetable for the Cyclic Assessment and the Assessment structure for the
    Academic Year 2022-23

    Formative assessment is a process of evaluating learners’ knowledge as they learn. At JBCN, formative
    assessments are collaborative as they measure the student’s progress and the effectiveness of the teaching
    method.
    Cyclic tests further enable teachers to understand and analyse the learners’ progress as part of their ongoing
    teaching-learning process.

    Please find below the schedule for Cyclic Assessments for Grade 9 for quarter 1.
    Important: Portion for each Cyclic Assessment for the same will be informed a week in advance by respective
    subject teachers on Google Classroom.
