Important Reminders for

Second Semester, A.Y. 2021 – 2022

A. Carousel Type: Three cycles


Cycle 1: February 7 – March 18, 2022
Cycle 2: March 21 – April 29, 2022
Cycle 3: May 2 – June 10, 2022

 Two online meetings per week for synchronous classes


 Other meetings are done in asynchronous mode of delivery
 Students are only allowed 3 absences in synchronous classes for the
entire 6 weeks or else they will be considered dropped.

B. Approved Institutional Grading System


20%- Term Output (Project-Based Learning)
30%- Term Exam
10%- Class Standing
40%- Quizzes, Assignments, Seat works, other activities

Term Grade: 50%- Midterm


50%-Endterm
100%

C. Grade Retention Policy


*The student should reach the following retention grades to be considered
passed. Failure to reach the retention grade means retake of the subject.

Major Subjects – 83%


Professional Subjects – 80%
General education Subjects – 75%
