AUDIENCES’ STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP)

HIPMI PT UMB INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR 2022

     Hello, our participants of HIPMI PT UMB International Seminar 2022! HIPMI PT UMB
International Seminar 2022 is an event with a theme “The Potential of Culture as a Strength
to Survive in the Sustainable International Tourism Competition.” Which are held by HIPMI
PT UMB to provide knowledge and insight about tourism in Indonesia as well as sustainable
cultural development. The following should be noted and implemented for all participants of
the HIPMI PT UMB International Seminar 2022.
1. All participants must join the zoom's virtual meeting room 15 minutes before the
event starts.
2. All participants are required to use the name following the rules at the time of
registration:

Name_The applicant's home institution_Country

Example: Putri Rahmawati_Universitas Mercu Buana_Indonesia

3. All participants are required to wear polite clothes and are not allowed to wear clothes
that can bother the other committee and participants' focus.
4. All participants are expected to focus on the ongoing event and are required to avoid
things or other activities that can interfere during the event such as eating, drinking,
etc.
5. During break time, participants are allowed to leave the event with a zoom account
that is required to still join the virtual meeting. Participants are expected to take part
in the event again at the appointed time.
6. The chat column will be disabled, so participants who want to ask questions are
welcome to submit questions through the Q&A feature or raise hand first. Some
selected people will be permitted to be able to activate the camera and microphone for
sharing their questions directly. 
7. All participants are not allowed to say insults or ridicule containing ethnicity, religion,
race, and inter-group relations or outside the context of the event. 
8. All participants have to participate in a series of events from the beginning to the end
in a conducive manner.
9. All participants are required to fill in the attendance link at the beginning and at the
end of the event according to the appointed time. Participants are expected to fill in
attendance carefully and correctly according to their original identities, so there are no
mistakes in making the E-Certificate. The committee is not responsible for human
errors in the writing of the identity and does not accept requests for corrections in
making the E-Certificate. The attendance link will be closed at 18.00 WIB.
10. All participants are required to take the quiz during the session.
11. All participants can also join the giveaway with the following terms and conditions.
1. Follow our instagram account @hipmiptumb 
2. Upload a photo in your instagram story while participating in the event
and add conclusions to the material that is made as creative and
interesting as possible
3. Tag our instagram account @hipmiptumb 
4. Make sure your Instagram account is not private.
5. Participants are obliged to use the first instagram account (not spam-
account/second-account)
6. Uploading time starts from 16.00 WIB to 20.00 WIB.
7. The top three of best participants will be announced as winners via
Instagram @hipmiptumb 

12. All participants are allowed to leave the zoom’s virtual meeting when the event is
over and they have been allowed to leave by the committee.
