Dear Head Proctors and Proctors:

Welcome to 2020/21 Bar Examinations, which will be conducted on January 16, 23, 30, and
February 6, 2022. To adequately prepare you for your tasks, we invite you to attend the online
training for the head proctors and proctors on the following schedules:

Main Session for the local testing centers in Mindoro, Tuguegarao, Pampanga, Naga:
Nov. 15 (Monday) 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M.

Catch-up sessions for Luzon:


Nov. 26 (Friday) 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. and
Nov. 27 (Saturday) 9:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M.

1. Registration. Please indicate which session you will attend at


https://bit.ly/BProctorsTrainingLN. You may also indicate questions that you have in
mind which you hope to be addressed during the session.

2. Pre-training guidelines to maximize the session: 


a. Watch the 5-minute video on using digital exam program (Examplify) at
https://sc.judiciary.gov.ph/20949/
b. Write down any questions or concerns that you may have prior to the scheduled
training.
c. Make sure you have a stable internet connection, preferably with internet speed
of 1Mbps up to 3Mbps.
d. Use a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet to view the presentation and
participate in the session.
e. Have a Zoom application ready on your device and familiarize yourself with its
features - mute/unmute microphones, stop/start video, etc.

3. Training Day. 
a. Click the Zoom link above on the day of the online training.
b. There will be simulations/exercises at the end of the training where you will
apply what you have learned.
c. Keep your video on for the entire 3-hour training and participate actively.
d. Take note of your responsibilities and duties during the Bar Sundays.
e. Dress appropriately and use a plain or professional background.
f. For those joining the main sessions, have early dinner or bring light snacks with
you.
g. Keep your microphone on mute. Raise your hand if you need to ask a question.
You may unmute your microphone when the speaker calls you.
h. Use the chat box to write your questions or post your concerns.

4. Evaluation. Before the end of the session, we may send an evaluation form in the chat
box. This will also confirm your attendance.
