At the heart of this transformative course is our daily
meditation practice. Why? Because to change our lives, it's
important to first change our mind. Meditation helps to
reframe the inner workings of our subconscious mind - the
storehouse of all our beliefs and stories about ourselves
and the world.

Our subconscious governs 95% of our mind, while the


conscious mind only makes up 5%; thus, what is stored in
the subconscious drives our conscious actions.

With daily practice, we begin to release old narratives in


the subconscious so we can write new, empowering ones that
align with our visions. Suddenly, change no longer feels like
T H E M I N D an uphill battle and resistance begins to melt away. As we
develop a relationship with our minds where it's on our side
and not against us, we begin to feel more grounded,
empowered and inspired as we move toward our goals.

A DAILY CLEARING

Meditation helps clear what's stored in the


subconscious mind, so we can begin to shift
limiting beliefs that may be holding us
back as well as shape our current reality.

With daily practice, we begin to release the old


patterns + habits that no longer serve us as we start
to orient our subconscious mind with our conscious
desires and create new neural pathways.

When we meditate, we begin to explore who we


really are as rather than just believing the stories
we've been telling ourselves for years. We develop to

We begin* with a mantra called the Adi Mantra which

allows us to TUNE IN to a higher part of ourselves. It (3x)
literally dials us in, separating us from ordinary life and
allowing us to tap into the extraordinary.

TUNING IN

After tuning in, we recite the Mangala Charan Mantra for AAD GURAY NAMEH
protection three times. This mantra places a field of
JUGAAD GURAY NAMEH
protection around us in all four directions.
