    - San Vicente Elementary School conducted assessments of struggling readers in grades 1-6 using EGRA, FLAT, and Phil-IRI tests as part of the Brigada Pagbasa program. - A total of 22 struggling readers were identified across grades and provided with home visitation, reading remediation, and support from teachers, parents, and siblings. - After the interventions, 10 students improved to the instructional reading level, 10 to the frustration level, and 2 remained non-readers. No students remained at the struggling reader level.
