NOTICE FOR AFFILIATION / EXTENSION IN AFFILIATION

1) University of Education, Lahore offers affiliation to the Public and Private Sector Colleges in the following programs
for the year 2022-2023:
1 Year Programs
1 Post Graduate Diploma in Speech and Language Therapy
2 Post Graduate Diploma in Autism Spectrum Disorder
1.5 Years Program
1 B.Ed. Secondary (1.5 Years)
4 Years Programs
1 B.Ed. (Hons) 9 BS Botany
2 B.Ed. (Hons) Special Education 10 BS Chemistry
3 BBA 11 BS Computer Science
4 BS Economics 12 BS Information Technology
5 BFA 13 BS Mathematics
6 BS English 14 BS Physics
7 BS History 15 BS Zoology
8 BS Urdu

2) Interested institutions located in the province of the Punjab are invited to submit affiliation applications/cases on the
prescribed application form to the Secretary Affiliation Committee. The prescribed application form may be
downloaded from UE Website (i.e. https://www.ue.edu.pk/affiliatedcolleges/forms/03.pdf).
3) The institutions located in the Islamabad (Capital) territory can only apply if they provide NOC from Higher Education
Commission, Islamabad.
4) Already affiliated institutions are required to submit applications for extension in already affiliated programs on the
prescribed application form. Already affiliated institutions which do not apply for extension in affiliation for the year
2022-2023, will be considered as de-affiliated.
5) Already affiliated institutions may also submit applications for affiliation in new programs on the prescribed
application form.
6) The institutions are also required to submit the performa regarding compliance / fulfillment of UE Regulations 2016.
The said performa may be downloaded from UE Website (https://www.ue.edu.pk/affiliatedcolleges/forms/04.pdf).
7) The institutions are not authorized to start any program without written permission of University of Education, Lahore
8) The affiliation case (complete in all aspects) alongwith the demand draft amounting Rs. 50,000/- regarding VISIT
FEE/PROCESSING FEE (Non-Refundable) in favour of Treasurer, University of Education, Lahore must reach the office
of Secretary Affiliation Committee till 15th June, 2022.
9) For further information, Application form, Affiliation Regulations, etc. please visit the university website or contact
the Office of the Secretary Affiliation Committee, University of Education, College Road, Township, Lahore.
10) Incomplete applications, or received after 15th June, 2022 will not be entertained.

Note:
1) The institution, who has already submitted the affiliation case with respect to 1st affiliation advertisement
published in March-2022 (IPL-3310), need not to submit the affiliation case again.
2) Educational Institution seeking affiliation/extension in affiliation shall not advertise or offer admission to any program
unless granted provisional affiliation/extension in affiliation by the University.
3) As per the directions of Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab; Educational Institutions seeking
affiliation are required to furnish Registration Certificate issued by Directorate of Public Instructions (Colleges), Higher
Education Department, Government of the Punjab.
