Effective goal-oriented teacher

Being an effective teacher knows how to set clear objectives for individual students,
lessons for the class and even to themselves.
The teacher develop a goal that help assist students with their academic performance,
while giving them clear directives on how to improve themselves. Before the start
of the class the teacher set goal and objectives on what the students would learn at
the end of the lesson. Goal driven or goal oriented means setting targets and
objectives that will make progress throughout your life much smoother. A goal
driven person will work much harder whenever there are deadlines to be met. When
you are a goal oriented teacher, the student will be focused on learning and
mastering new tasks or will be focused on demonstrating competence based on how
they will be judged by others, or possibly a combination of both.

Good communicator or clear at communication

The teacher effectively use verbal or non-verbal communication skills to identify and
to know when to speak and when to listen. Teacher also developed good
communication skills to report information to others, parents, professionals, etc.
Another instance is when something bad is happening to the classroom or a fight or
misunderstanding is happening in a classroom, this quality can help teacher to solve
this kinds of problem and can make the class harmonious. Also with this quality of a
teacher, setting a direction or instructions can be clearer for students and can avoid
confusion and miscommunications for everyone.

Adaptability and Flexibility

Each students comes from a unique background with individual personalities,

educational needs and developmental milestones. Being adaptable and flexible can
help cater each students indifferences and can help the teacher be more effective
in teaching. Teacher finds that while one lesson plan or method of teaching works
well with another student. Good teacher learn how to adjust to meet the individual
needs of each students. For instance, online learning that is happening in this
pandemic, as a teacher with this quality you learn how to adjust how you teach
student by using websites or learning materials that are applicable in online learning,
like the use of kahoot, google classrooms, emails and many more. With this quality
you will be able to understand your students more and be more effective in teaching
them whatever situation may come.
