letter generation for general customer correspondence and Dunning letters. The system is used
for customer communication for both MM and CSB customers. It supports various letter types ,
formats and mainly deals with Former MCI customers. Supports client/Server architecture.
Scrutinize the Dashboard for processing of various stages. Letters generates in PDF format and
send to the print centers.

Responsibilities:

 Creation of new letter templates for simple and complex types using adobe life cycle
designer.

for collections activity (iCollect, RMiCW, iCollect Dialer, iConsole/Quantus) and Strata for the
collections decisioning engine. This project will retire the existing NY and CT ECHOS legacy
mainframe collections application and the existing Triad collections decisioning engine.Expects
to save about $8.4M annually by reducing expenses and bad debt while improving customer
service.

Responsibilities:

universal use by the Bell System companies prior to the divestiture of the Bell System. The initial
installation of BOSS was in August 1982. After then BOSS has grown both in size and value. BOSS
was developed to provide on-line access to New England Telephone Company's customer
service, billing and equipment information. BOSS is a repository of detailed historical post-billing
data. This data allows Verizon to identify and allocate amounts written off as uncollectible for
recourse to inter exchange carriers. It also allows compliance with certain payment application
and treatment procedures. BOSS is a mature system that has been adapted to change over its
life span.
