function in excel and arranged them in ascending order. I selected the first 60 connections.

Conclusion

1. Age demographics same across all of the group members, as many connections are
predominantly from our undergraduate and post graduate course.
2. The gender ratio is also skewed towards male, as my network connections come
from a science and technology background where in majority male counterparts
enrol.
3. Since I’m from Bangalore which is situated in South India, majority of my connection
also stem from south. West takes second spot.
4. Majority of my connections work in the IT/ITES segment and have worked or working
in software development and services. Retail experience is about 30 months, the
connections have been made in the last thirty months.
