For Week Ending August 6, 2022 Quick Facts


Data current as of August 15, 2022
The average 30-year fixed rate mortgage dropped to 4.99% the week ending 8/4, + 14.0% - 56.3% - 5.5% - 50.0% + 64.0% + 95.7%
marking the first time since April rates have dipped below 5%, according to Freddie
