The Pre-Midnight Stretch


The Scotties officially kicked off fall sports season kicking off his 25th and final season as the head
with the GHS cross country teams being the first coach. The first volleyball and football practices were
sport to get in a practice with their annual Midnight held on Friday. There are 28 girls out for volleyball
Run. The close-knit athletes used the lawn at the under the direction of first-year Head Coach Head
high school to get in some stretching late Thursday Coach Brooke Martin. Pat Barnett, entering his fifth
night before taking “the loop”, leaving the high school year as football head coach, had 40 boys suiting up
as soon as the clock struck 12:01. Coach Karst is for two-a-days.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 11th day of August, 1992, between the St. Marie Village Association, Inc. (Village Association) and the St.
Marie Condominium Association, Inc. (Condo Association), hereby agree as follows.
RECITALS
1. At the first meeting of the board of directors of the Village Association held December 15, 1988, the board of directors voted to delegate to the
Condo Association the obligation to collect assessments.
2. At the first meeting of the board of directors of the Condo Association, held December 15, 1988, the board of directors voted to empower the
Condo Association to collect the assessments for the Village Association until such time as the Village Association became operational.
3. The Condo Association is willing to collect the assessments for the Village Association as previously agreed.
4. The Condo Association and the Village Association wish to enter into an agreement whereby the Condo Association will have the authority to
take the necessary action on behalf of the Village Association when assessments for either association have become delinquent.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree to the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth below.
1. Real Property Assessment Lien. In the event a homeowner’s condominium or village assessments are not paid within 30 days, the Condo
Association manager shall send a notice to the unit owner that his village assessments and condominium assessments are delinquent. If after 30
days, or a reasonable period of time, the assessments are still not paid, a second notice shall be sent. If the assessments are not brought current
within 10 days, the Condo Association manager shall file a lien with the Valley County Clerk and Recorder. The lien will set forth the total
delinquent assessments including interest, penal ties, fees and costs the amount of unpaid Condo Association assessments and unpaid Village
Association assessments.
2. Foreclosure. The Condo Association shall have the authority to pursue foreclosure proceedings on behalf of both the Condo Association and the
Village Association. In the event it is necessary to foreclose, the Condo Association has the authority to include all past due Village Association and
Condo Association assessments.
3. Sheriff ’s Sale. In the event of a Sheriff ’s Sale, the Condo Association manager will bid an amount sufficient to satisfy the amount of the lien
including both the delinquent Condo Association assessments and Village Association assessments.
4. Deficiency. If a deficiency exists after the Sheriff ’s Sale so that the liens for each association cannot be fully satisfied, the shortfall will be prorated
between the entities.
5. Agreement Binding Upon Assigns. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto and upon their respective administrators, legal
representatives, successors and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this agreement as of the date first above written.
