“A RESOLUTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF DONTOGAN IDENTIFYING THE CHILD

DEVELOPMENT CENTER II AS EXCLUSIVE LEARNING FACILITY OF DAY CARE PUPILS”

WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act 6972 dated November 23, 1990 otherwise known as an act establishing a Day
Care Center in every Barangay, instituting therein a total development and protection of children program;

WHEREAS, Section 4 of RA 6972, the Barangay as implementing agency who are responsible members of the
community and utilize them to assist in the care of children and provide consultative services for medical, educational
and other needs of the children;

WHEREAS, during the regular council meeting, it was approved by the body that the Day Care Center II will be used
as exclusive learning facility of Day Care pupils;

NOW THEREFORE ON MOTION PRESENTED AND DULY SECONDED, BY THE BODY, BE IT;

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY DONE, identifying Day Care Center II as exclusive Learning Facility of Day Care
Pupils

RESOLVED FURTHER AND TO FINALLY, furnish copies of this foregoing resolution to the office of the Department
of Social Welfare and Development and other concerned offices and agencies for their information and guidance.
