Apayao Provincial GAD Budget Forum

I. ACTIVITY OBJECTIVES

The objectives of the Provincial GAD Budget Forum are to:

1. Orient local government units on the Guidelines on the Preparation of the Annual
Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget and Accomplishment Report;
2. Clarify issues and concerns encountered in the preparation and implementation of their
annual GPB and GAD AR;
3. Present the revised guidelines in the audit of Gender and Development (GAD) Funds
and Activities of government agencies.

II. TARGET PARTICIPANTS

The forum will bring together the ______ participants or six (6) representatives per LGU
specifically the GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) TWG Chairpersons and Secretariat,
Budget Officers, Planning Officers, and Heads of Committee on Appropriations/Committee
on Women and Family of the following LGUs:
