The objectives of the Provincial GAD Budget Forum are to:
1. Orient local government units on the Guidelines on the Preparation of the Annual Gender and Development (GAD) Plan and Budget and Accomplishment Report; 2. Clarify issues and concerns encountered in the preparation and implementation of their annual GPB and GAD AR; 3. Present the revised guidelines in the audit of Gender and Development (GAD) Funds and Activities of government agencies.

HGDG and how the attribution should be reflected on GPB and GAD AR
This session will focus on
the use of HGDG to integrate GAD elements in the programs and projects of LGUs. It will also highlight how the results of HGDG are applied in preparing the GPB and GAD AR, and in identifying strategies to address the gaps or missing elements.
The session will enable

The session will also
present the expenses that CAN and CANNOT be charged to the GAD Budget. 4:30 to Open Forum The forum will provide COA, DILG and GR 5:00PM opportunity to clarify the Pool issues and concerns of the LGU related to GAD Planning and Budgeting 5:00PM – Synthesis, Next Steps, The session will provide RGADC Secretariat 5:30 PM and Closing Ceremony opportunity for participants to provide recommendations and Closing Remarks next steps for the next GPB Fora.
