I. INTRODUCTION
The students must see clearly the aims of their teachers for them and must
obtain the significance of these to their lives and gratify the essence of the philosophical ideas
and create their own philosophies in life . the philosophies that enable them to be what they
want to be. The philosophies that will teach, enlighten and guide the future generations.

Let’s face the fact that good parents do not always produce good children,
but devoted, dedicated, hardworking parents can weigh the balance in favor of
decency and the building of moral, social, emotional and spiritual character.
II. Implementation/Activities/Observation
We teachers conducted home visit. Sometimes happen four times in a year
especially when the problem arises, in this task of teachers having heavy burdens on
our job both in the school and home wherein we teachers and parents have some
talk to have an agreement about the solution on the pupil’s problem.

DOCUMENTATIONN
Reading is a key that unlocks the door to the other worlds of enlightenment and
enjoyment.it is the basic tool for learning in the content field. Reading indeed is an
important skill a pupil should develop. A child who reads is a child who knows. This skill
helps children in attaining other skills. Without the ability to read, children will have hard
time dealing with other things.
As a Grade I teacher, one of our main concerns is the reading ability of our pupils.
It is evident, not only in our school but most of the schools, the problem teachers
encounter in terms of reading capability of pupils. As much as we wanted to teach only
reading, we are following certain competencies DEpEd has given. Such competencies
hinder us from focusing children to teach how to read.
In connection with this, the following activities were also observed, there were
pupils who served as mentors to those non-readers, pupils also given reading materials to
be read when they at home. Intensified remedial reading was done .
