Alternative Learning System is a parallel learning system that provides opportunities for out of
children with special needs, youth, and adult. We are dedicated in giving second chance
education to these groups. To cater the holistic needs of the ALS learners, it is pivotal that the
community where the ALS learner is situated also take part in the learning process and become
part of the learner's support system.

Our group was very impressed to learn about your background and qualifications that would be
of great help to carry out the goal of ALS. This has prompted us to invite you and be one with
the Community Champions of Angeles City in reaching out the OSCYA.

An orientation for the selected Community Champion will be held on March 28, 2022 at
