IPOPhil grants a patent to Fluid and Light Effects Apparatus

With the present invention relates to a Fluid and Light Effects Apparatus that can

be used as a musically dancing fountain jet capable of making as many as three (3)

types of motions granted a patent by IPOPHIL last July 1, 2020.

This invention was created by Industron owner William Schaare who is also the

man behind the original CCP fountain. His fluid and light effects apparatus has a water
display that is illuminated by multi-color led spot lamps pre-focused at the water

discharge. Like either a ballet or disco dancer performing in perfect synchronization and

harmony with music, this fountain design produces the unique dramatic entertainment

which the public enjoys.

The invention was filed last December 2011 with a 13 patent claims. This was

granted under Republic Act 8293.
