A DETAILED LESSON PLAN

I. OBJECTIVES
1. Determine the proper usage of pronouns.
2. Take down relevant information about the two kinds of pronouns.
3. At the end of discussion, students must apply what they’ve learned through constructing sentences.

A. Preliminary Activities

Good Morning Class! Good Morning Ma’am!

How are you today? I am fine, Ma’am!

Before we begin our discussion, let us pray first. May I ( One student will lead the prayer)
request someone from the class to lead the prayer?

The activity that we’ve done is much related to


our lesson for today, and as what you can observe
on the pictures given, we are going discuss all about
pronouns.

E. DISCUSSION

So class, A pronoun is a word that is used instead of


a noun or noun phrase. Pronouns refer to either a
noun that has already been mentioned or to a noun Yes ma’am.
that does not need to be named specifically. Did
you understand the definition of pronoun?

Okay, I will give you an example.

Joe saw Jill, and he waved at her.

The pronouns he and her take the place of Joe and


Jill, respectively.
