VIDEO CONFERENCING OR RESET HEARING

COMES NOW, the accused MARVIN HULIPAS y RUMAS, through

undersigned counsel, most respectfully avers:

1. On February 08, 2021 at 1:30 pm, undersigned counsel has

initial presentation for plaintiff’s evidence in CIVIL CASE NO. 095-
A (ZOLETA vs SPS. ESTELEYDES, ET. AL,) before the Municipal
Circuit Trial Court of Paluan-Abra De Ilog in Abra De Ilog;

2. On the same date, the Honorable Court set the above-entitled

case for initial presentation of Prosecutor’s evidence;

3. Accused seeks, the leave of court to attend the setting via video
conferencing for, in the alternative, he reset the hearing based to
the conflict of schedule as shown above;
 PRAYER
WHEREFORE, under the foregoing premises, it is most
respectfully prayed the accused be allowed to attend through
VIDEOCONFERENCING under A.M. No. 20-12-01-SC (Re:
Proposed Guidelines on the Conduct of Videoconferencing) or to
reset the hearing, subject to the discretion of the Honorable
Court.
