B Survey Report Review

The ( Annual ) survey has been mainly done from 11 October 2021
to 18 October 2021 including days in drydock at

C Extents of Close-up Survey

Tanks / Holds / Spaces Areas for Close-up Survey ※

No.1 Cargo Hold 1. Forward cargo hold
Close-up examination of sufficient extent, minimum 25% of frames,
to establish the condition of the lower region of the shell frames
including approx. lower one third length of side frame at side
shell and side frame end attachment and the adjacent shell plating
No. 1 Cargo Hold : Fr.#176, 179, 182, 185, 188, 191, 194, 197, 200, 203, 206

※ As a minimum, the identification of location of Close-up Survey is to include a confirmation with description of
individual structural members corresponding to the extent of the class rules based on type of periodical survey
and the ship's age. Where only partial survey (ex. 25% of frames or 30% of web frames, etc) is required, the
identification is to include location within each tank/hold/space by reference to frame numbers.

D Piping System
◇Summary of the examination and operational test of piping system *

Examination for all piping and penetrations in cargo holds, including overboard piping was carried out.

* "ESP" Bulk Carriers exceeding 10 years of age : All piping and penetrations in cargo holds, including overboard
piping, are to be examined every periodical survey.
* Special Survey for "ESP" Bulk Carriers : Examination for all piping and penetrations in areas subject to thickness
measurement & pressure test for the concerned Special Survey including operational test to working pressure to
be carried out.
* all Oil Tankers : Cargo piping on deck, including crude oil washing(COW) piping, cargo and ballast piping within
the tanks and spaces specified in all cargo tanks, ballast tanks including double bottom tanks, pump rooms, pipe
tunnels, cofferdams and void spaces bounding cargo tanks are to be examined and operationally tested to
working pressure to attending Surveyor's satisfaction to ensure that tightness and condition remain satisfactory.
Special attention is to be given to any ballast piping in cargo tanks and cargo piping in ballast tanks and void
spaces, and Surveyors are to be advised on all occasions when this piping, including valves and fittings are
opened during repair periods and can be examined internally.
* Chemical tankers : Examination for cargo piping on deck and all piping in areas subject to thickness
measurement pressure test for the concerned Special Survey including operational test to working pressure to be
carried out. And any ballast piping in cargo tanks and cargo piping in ballast tanks and void spaces including
valves and fittings opened during repair period to be examined internally.
(Chemical tankers over 10 years of age : including the above, selected steel cargo pipes outside cargo tanks and
ballast pipes passing through cargo tanks are to be :
(a) thickness measured at random or selected pipe lengths to be opened for internal inspection.
(b) pressure tested to the maximum working pressure.)

E Thickness Measurement
Thickness measurement was carried out on the day of by the firm
qualified by this Society.

◇Summary of the locations where the thickness was measured.

Nil

※ As a minimum, the identification of location of thickness measurement is to include a confirmation with description
of individual structural members corresponding to the extent of the class rules based on type of periodical survey
and the ship's age. Where only partial measurement (ex. some frames or some web frames, etc) is required, the
identification is to include location within each tank/hold/space by reference to frame numbers.

* Substantial corrosion,
1) 75 - 100% of acceptable margin wasted. (non-CSR)
2) An extent of corrosion such that the assessment of the corrosion pattern indicates a measured thickness
between tren +0.5mm and tren.(CSR)
** P = Pitting
C = Corrosion in general

1) Any bottom plating with a pitting intensity of 20% or more, with wastage in the substantial corrosion range or
having an average depth of pitting of 1/3 or more of actual plate thickness is to be noted. (Non-CSR)
2) Areas with deep pitting assessed to “Acceptance Criteria for pitting corrosion of CSR ships”(refer to IACS UR
Z10.2/4/5) are to be recorded in this column. (CSR)

K Conclusion
* It is verified that ( Annual ) Survey has been satisfactorily ( Completed )
this time in accordance with the requirements of this Society's Rules and the relevant IMO Resolutions.

* For CSR bulk carriers, the ship’s longitudinal strength is evaluated by using the thickness of structural members

(measured, renewed, reinforced) and (found in order, refer to attached sheet).

* For CSR bulk carriers, the ship’s longitudinal strength is to be evaluated by using the thickness of structural
members measured, renewed and reinforced, as appropriate, during the Special Surveys carried out after the
ship reached 15 years of age(or during the Special Survey No. 3, if this is carried out before the ship reaches
15 years) in accordance with the criteria for longitudinal strength of the ship’s hull girder for CSR bulk carriers
specified in Ch. 13 of CSR, and the final result of this evaluation is to be reported. (additional reporting sheet to
be attached when the evaluation result was not satisfied or when needed)
