filmed in TECHNICOLOR Foot Clan or deploy the robotic might of Warlord Krang
in any villainous cast!

This programme guide contains one new cast list for
the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and their villainous
opponents. If you choose to play a TMNT Heroic or
TMNT Villains cast you can only choose your models
from the options presented in these rules.
You can play either cast against any other cast
created using the open casting rules in the rule-
book or with any other programme guide cast.
TMNT Heroic or TMNT Villains cast members
have one of the genre symbols above on their
cards. Each unit card you are allowed to choose
also allows you to choose any of the models on
that card, unless otherwise stated.

THE CASTING COUCH
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are four young
anthropomorphic turtles named after Renaissance
Italian artists. They were trained by their rat sensei,
Splinter, in the art of ninjutsu. From their home in the
sewers of New York City, they battle petty criminals, evil
overlords, mutated creatures and alien invaders while
attempting to remain hidden from society.
This section briefly details the models you can include
in a TMNT or TMNT villains cast. For the new models
we detail each model’s background and shows their
ratings and genres at a glance. Each profile card
provides the full details on each model.
Heroic STARS & CO-STARS
DONATELLO | Co-Star | 6 RATINGs
As well as a ninja, Donnie is an inventor and is able to
cobble together fantastic gadgets from the trash he finds
around the Big Apple.
LEONARDO | Co-Star | 6 RATINGs
The leader of the turtles, Leonardo aspires to be a
brave, decisive, perfect hero. Unfortunately for the
moment he's an inexperienced teen with three smart-
mouth brothers - but he shows true leadership when the
going gets tough.
MICHELANGELO | Co-Star | 6 RATINGs
Enthusiastic and easily distracted, the smallest of the
Turtles has a thousand ideas and every now and then,
one of them is brilliant!
RAPHAEL | Co-Star |6 RATINGs
The biggest and toughest of the Turtles, Raphael has
little patience for tactics like stealth. He is fiercely
loyal to his brothers, but his temper can often get him
in trouble.
SPLINTER | Star | 10 RATINGs
The sensei and father figure for the turtles, Splinter is
a protective parent, quirky master and zen philosopher.
A ninja master at the height of his abilities, he is
determined to protect his family at all costs.

VILLAINOUS STARS & CO-STARS
SHREDDER | Star | 10 ratings
Shredder is the cold, cunning and ruthless leader of
the Foot Clan and the sworn enemy of Splinter who he
blames for the death of his true love. He is one of the
deadliest martial artists in the world and commands an
army of ninja willing to do anything for their master.
WARLORD KRANG | Star | 10 ratings
The Kraang are a race of extra-dimensional, multi-
tentacled brain-creatures, who plan to transform the
Earth's environment into something suitable for their
own kind, destroying all human life! Warlord Krang
leads the invaders from the comfort of his menacing
mechanised battlesuit.
BAXTER STOCKMAN | CO-Star | 6 ratings
This unstable scientist is the creator of the deadly
Mousers. His increasingly mad schemes saw Baxter
accidently mutate himself into half-man half-fly!

This ace reporter is never far from trouble and takes
mutant turtles, ninja wars and extra-dimensional
invasions in her stride.
BEBOP | 3 ratings
This street punk was exposed to the mutagenic Ooze
and was transformed into half-man, half-warthog! While
larger and stronger, he remains completely inept at
stopping the Turtles or carrying out Shredder's plans.
CASEY JONES | 4 RATINGs
This hockey-masked vigilante, armed with an
assortment of sporting goods, hunts criminals, mutants
and anything that he thinks threatens "his" city.

To protect and serve, the New York city cop might be
a doughnut-eating buffoon or a brave protector of Joe
Public from the vices of the Big Apple.
CITY COP SERGEANT | 3 RATINGs
These no-nonsense authority figures rally their squads
to clean-up the mean streets or hunt down whatever
mutated menace is threatening their neighbourhood.
FOOT CLAN NINJA
2 RATINGS or 5 ratings for 3 models
Shredder leads a clan known as The Foot, a vast army
of ninja warriors who obey him without question.
FOOT CLAN LEADER | 3 ratings
Rising through the ranks, these dedicated go-getting
killers lead their brothers into battle.
KARAI | 4 ratings
Karai is a rebellious member of The Foot and a master
kunoichi with strong ties to Shredder. She is as lethal as
she is beautiful, and brings a whole new level of chaos
and complication for the Turtles.
KRAANG DROID | 4 ratings
In order to blend into human society, the Kraang have
developed cybernetic host bodies that they use like
vehicles.
METALHEAD | 5 RATINGs
Built from the remains of a Kraang droid, Donatello has
programmed this make-shift and unpredictable turtle-
droid to help with his brothers' training.
MOUSER | 2 RATINGS or 3 RATINGS for 2 MODELS
These small but deadly robots are used by mad scientist
Baxter Stockman to commit robberies and also flush out
the Turtles from the sewers!
ROCKSTEADY | 3 ratings

UNITS
FOOT CLAN
These faceless ninjas exist to do battle with the heroic
Turtles and although they tend to fall rather easily,
they are persistent and continually return to take more
punishment.
POLICE SQUAD
When there's emergency, a squad of the brave girls and
boys in blue are always ready for action.

VEHICLES
DRAGON CHOPPER | 2 RATINGs
Dragon Choppers are the Foot's customized motorcycles
used to quickly deploy the ninja into battle.
FOOT CRUISER | 4 RATINGs
This high-speed pursuit vehicle has been outfitted with
top of the range gear to catch the Turtles.
POLICE CAR | 3 RATINGs
The distinctive flashing lights and sirens of the black-
and-whites are a sure-sign that help is on its way.
SHELLRAISER | 6 RATINGs
Built from a converted subway car, this armoured
assault vehicle is used by the turtles for their most
dangerous battles and is packed with Turtle-Tech!
TV VAN | 5 RATINGs
In the city that never sleeps, there is always a breaking
story. A TV Van will get you to the scene in time for the
next bulletin.

Native New Yorkers can invariably be more of a hindrance
than a benefit to whoever has to deal with them.
SCIENTIST | 2 RATINGs
These scholarly types are called upon when a problem
requires brains or technical know-how.
TECHNICIAN | 1 RATING
This versatile individual might be a construction worker,
computer whiz, Foot Clan goon or a hard-working
cameraman for Channel 6 news.
