I. Project/Program title: Girl Scouts of the Philippines School Coordinators and Leaders Virtual
Meeting via Zoom
II. Objective: 1. to achieve the mission and vision for the GIRLS;
2. to properly equip the adult leaders the right tools and information
they will share to provide them quality Girl Scout activities and
experiences; and
3. to seek support and endorsement in membership recruitment
campaign to all the school administrators of both elementary and
secondary schools as we continue to LEAD our girls to become
responsible citizens in the home, country, and world community.
V. Narrative Report:
The Girl Scouts of the Philippines is a non-government organization which focuses on the development of
girls and young women by providing opportunities for their character training, responsible citizenship, and service
in the home, the community, and the nation.
As the start of the new school year 2022-2023, the GSP Pampanga Council once more wants to intensify
and solicit the support for Girl Scout programs that have been done for the past years.
Relative to this, the GSP Pampanga Council headed by our GSP Council Executive, Hiza H. Malonzo
conducted a Virtual Meeting via Zoom on July 22, 2022 (Friday); 2:30PM together with the Division of Pampanga’s
GSP School Coordinators and Leaders.
The virtual meeting started at exactly 2:30 in the afternoon with our GSP Council Executive, Hiza H.
Malonzo served as the host. The program commenced with some AVPs for the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng
Pilipinas, the GS Promise and Law, and GS Prayer respectively. This was followed by the KAMUSTAHAN and it was
mentioned that it’s been three years since this pandemic started and we have adapting the “new normal” trend,
the GSP didn’t stop from providing activities for the girls and adult leaders thru online gatherings and interactions
using the online platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Facebook).
The following are the agenda of the said virtual meeting:
1. Brigada Eskwela – a memo will be released by next week for further information
– GSP leaders be in GSP uniform (green & white/black & green polo shirt) and if there
were registered Senior/Cadet Scouts (GSP white T-shirt)
