Statement of Work 
This Statement of Work (hereinafter referred to as “Statement of Work” or “SOW”) is entered into as of this 05/05/2022 (the “SOW
Effective Date”) by and between CKHCS and TSIRCM Private Limited. 

This Statement of Work further describes the Services that CKHCS shall supply, perform, and deliver in accordance with this Statement
of Work and subject to the Services Agreement between the Parties.  

Notwithstanding any statement to the contrary, the Parties agree that the terms in this SOW are incorporated into the Agreement and
control and take precedence over any conflicting terms and conditions in the Agreement. If this SOW is replaced at any time with a new
SOW governing the same Services, or if there is any conflict between this SOW and any later-dated SOW governing the same Services,
the new or later-dated SOW will replace this SOW in its entirety and will prevail in the event of any conflict.

Team to work the "Insurance AR” from the AR Reports provided by the Client shared in the Remote Desktop Folders.

Specific “Standard Operating Procedures" will be provided by the Client.

Terms

CKHCS will commence performance of the Services on the Commencement Date (Go-Live Date) specified above. Should Client wish to
delay the Go-Live Date for any reason, Client shall give CKHCS written notice thereof promptly and as far in advance of the Go-Live
Date as possible. Should the Go-Live Date be postponed by Client for any reason, Client will be responsible for paying all Fees that
would have been charged had the Services commenced on the GoLive Date. For clarification purposes, the arrangement above shall apply
only in instances where Services are first starting, or additional or new FTEs are being added to existing Services. Any notification
requirements for reductions in workforce for Services already taking place, as outlined in the Agreement, are still in effect and are not
modified pursuant to this section of the SOW.

Client and CKHCS shall replace this SOW with a new SOW to address such change. If there is any material change in the scope of
Services that affects productivity, type of personnel required to perform the Services, quality of Services required, or the technology
required to perform the Services, or if there are any changes in the assumptions on which CKHCS’s pricing is based or in applicable law
that affect the Services, CKHCS will promptly notify Client of any such changes, and Client and CKHCS will negotiate in good faith an
amendment to Exhibit A to the Agreement and replace this SOW with a new SOW to account for such changes, including any applicable
adjustment to the Fees, Service Levels, and any other factors affected by such change.

Date.
