GUIDELINES UNDER STATE FINANCE COMMISSION GRANT

For the maintenance works a minimum of 25% but not exceeding 50% of
the total funds released should be utilized and remaining amount is to be utilized
on Capital works.

The State Finance Commission grant sanctioned by the Government shall

be released to the concerned Gram Panchayats, Mandal Parishads and Zilla
Parishads for utilization in the ratio of 67.5:12.5:20 respectively
