Ukidve for their support and guidance... I am extremely thankful to her
for providing such a nice support and guidance, although he had busy
schedule managing the corporate affairs.
I owe my deep gratitude to our project guide Er. Sonal Gupta, who
took keen interest on our project work and guided us all along, till the
completion of our project work by providing all the necessary
information for developing a good system.
I am thankful to and fortunate enough to get constant encouragement,
support and guidance from all Teaching staffs of Computer
Engineering which helped us in successfully completing our project
work. Also, I would like to extend our sincere esteems to all staff in
laboratory for their timely support.

ABSTRACT

Main aim in developing VP Administration System is to

provide an easy way not only to automate all functionalities of a
college, but also to provide full functional reports to top management
of college with the finest of details about any aspects of college.
VP Administration System provides one attractive environment
where you can manipulate data and information about students and staff
easily. So we say the Core purpose of designing this system is to
manage the task related to the college students/employees and to reduce
time to searching of appropriate candidates in college view.
The application will maintain the students course details, fee
structures, railway concession form, Bonafede form. The examination
enrolment form for each semester and KT enrolment will be includes
separately to avoid chaos and to maintain information in systematic
way. Different event notification and registration will be managed in
this application.
The application is separated in two different parts one is web
application and other one is the android application. Web application
will work as main administrative system and android application will
works as a notification and status report for students dealing with the
college office works. The android application will keep the students
updated with all college works.
