Other Terms & Conditions :

1. GST : : GST @ 5% will be paid extra. GST amount will be paid to you
after submission of GSTR-1 copy by you.
2. Rates : As above mentioned, you have to pay transit pass for 25%
quantity i.e. 2500 cum.
3. Transit Pass : 25% of order quantity including Assam Forest office expenses.
4. : If you will not submit transit pass along with bill then we will be
deducted transit pass amount from your bill.

 5. Loading : Loading of blanketing materials (GSB material) shall be in your
scope at your site.
6. Loading Point : Loading point at BNS Crusher, Modhura Quarry Road, Pangram,
Udarbond, Dist.- Cachar, Assam.
7. Duration of supply : From 20.08.2022 to 20.10.2022.
8. Supply Quantity per day : Minimum quantity supply per day 200 - 250 Cum. mandatory.
If supply quantity will be increased per day 300 – 350 Cum., then
purchase order will be amended and 2 other loading point may
be added.
9. Measurement & Bill : Bill with road challan will be accepted on the basis of certified
quantity received after joint measurement and signature by both
the representative of Elite Enterprise & S.M. Interior Pvt. Ltd. at
your site.
10. Quality : You have to supply good quality of material at your works, failing
which the material will be rejected.
11. Billing Period : 30 days
12. Validity of PO : Upto 31.03.2023
13. Payment : Rs. 10,00,000.00 as advance after receiving of acceptant
Purchase Order from your end. Balance payment will be made
within 7 – 10 days after submission of original bill with road
challan and transit pass after verified from our office. Payment
shall be made through NEFT/RTGS to your Bank A/c. in favour
of M/s. Elite Enterprise.
14. Dispute : If any dispute arises during the supply, it will be settle by both of
the parties.
15. Accommodation : You will provide free space for accommodation for staying our
authorised representative 2 Nos. for inspection and loading
purpose at your site.
16. Jurisdiction : Kolkata, W.B. only.
