Letter of Intent

Dear Sir/Madam

We, “United Business Development” buy various commodities for our customers.
We are currently in need of sunflower oil spot deal. We take full corporate responsibility and
state that we are ready, willing and able to enter into a Sales & Purchase Contract with your
esteemed Company. Basis best and competitive prices please share your quote so that we
can review and take a decision.

Quantity:
We have multiple deliveries each month and wish to engage with a supplier on a
long term basis. To steam line deliveries, we can start with some small trials and then full
scale.
Refined Sunflower Oil:
1. 100 MT Refined Sunflower oil in flex tank spot Sydney port (4 containers)
2. One 40 feet container with private packing of 5 liter to Kenya Mombasa port (30 ton)

Payment terms – 100% LC At sight

Inspection: SGS check to be performed at the Seller Cost to confirm quality and quantity of
the refined oil.

The oil must be homogenous

The oil is produced from sunflower seeds of fair average quality by hydraulic expeller or
solvent extraction process.
The Oil must be fit for human consumption after its refinement.
The Oil must be Homogenous in consistency and liquid at normal temperature.
The Oil must be FREE from rancidity and has characteristic smell and taste.
The Oil must confirm to the natural composition and characteristic chemical specifications.
The Oil must be pure unadulterated with any other fats or Oil and Free from foreign material
suspensions.
