Siddhi: Same question for you Ashley, if I'm making a tutorial video, where I am teaching

something… yeah…-

Ashley: Yeah, yeah-

Siddhi: Exactly.

Ashley: Yes, ma'am. (Incomprehensible) yes.

Siddhi: Rishika, see Ashley has written some helpful things for you. Ashley, are all these
Apps free?

Ashley: Yes, ma'am, these are free and they are available on Play Store. Although the one
issue that (incomprehensible) is obviously like these apps require memberships. It's like you
have to take memberships to, you know, unlock certain effects. Like some effects which are
like you can say premium. (Incomprehensible)-

Siddhi: Okay… What does membership mean? What is meant by Membership?

Ashley: So it's basically like, you know, they make you a member of a committee where you
have to like, pay some amount either monthly or yearly. And we get to like, we get to
participate in their proms and we get to like, you can say, explore new effects and it's like
there's a whole big community to help, you know. So it's a-

Siddhi: Are you a member of these apps, Ashley?

Ashley: I… not really though, like but I used to like, get in touch with members, but as soon
as they shifted to computers, it's like I completely left mobile editing because actually even
these apps, like, at least alight motion is very memory consuming at times because ma'am I
have, like, over these years I have edited on mobile, like before PC and it has literally ruined
my battery. So, you can say it's not a really good idea to, like, you know, edit very heavy
stuff on mobile. But -

Siddhi: But two three minutes she can edit. Rishika… do you think she can edit a two three-
minute video on phone with these Apps?

Ashley: Then… yeah, then I would suggest the only KineMaster because again, then alight
motion is like it's very heavy software so it would actually ruin mobile phones. So, yeah.

Siddhi: Okay. And KineMaster is not heavy, but it has all the features?

Ashley: It's like very, very easy because it has very basic features ma'am. It's like all that
cutting, pasting, splitting the layers and adding transitions. They're not very, you can say
very catchy. It's good for a serene video. It's like if you don't want to make it like very, very
impactful or you can say like a very simple video if you want to make.

Siddhi: Ashley, if you could add three features to Kinemaster, what would they be?

Ashley: Yeah. First of all, it would be, you know, like, graph. Graphing is basically like the…
graphing is basically everything in editing, to be honest, like, you know, at least to me,
because ma'am normally even in alight motion, we have, like, this feature of graph. So
graphs are basically nothing but they, you know, they determine the speed and they
determine the motion. Like, you can use those graphs to depict however kind of movement
you want to. So that is not in, there in KineMaster. And secondly would, the second feature, I
guess, like according to me, would be like, I can say, yeah, there should be a feature of
masking because normally it doesn't have that feature of masking. It's like we just have to
use free green screen footages. So it's like we cannot really mask the stuff if we want to.
So… because After Effects has that feature, even alight motion has that feature. And lastly,
if I were to add another feature, then it would be… yeah, it would be one more thing because
at least to me, it matters a lot. So there's this scenario in KineMaster where you have to, you
know, like, determine a certain time of a clip. It's like you cannot go beyond. For example, if
you want your clip to be 0.01 second, so that cannot be possible. It has to be 1 second in
KineMaster, whereas in After Effects, you can literally, like you can literally just add one
frame. So it's like that because these are very, very, minor details. So they matter a lot, at
least to me.

Siddhi: Hmm… Thank you so much for sharing that, Ashley. It was very well said. Thank
you.

Ashley: (inaudible)-

Siddhi: Rishika, now see, Ashley has written down so many, software’s in the message.
You can try. If inshots isn't very helpful, would you be willing? Would you try to use new
software?

Rishika: Yes, Didi, definitely I will do.

Siddhi: Alright. Okay… okay… -

Rishika: And -

Siddhi: Yes, yes, go ahead Rishika. Yeah, yeah, yeah…

Rishika: We have to submit the videos before Sunday, right?

Siddhi: No, no, in fact on Sunday, in the initial two hours, you can do your work.

Rishika: Okay, okay, sure then, that's great.

Siddhi: Don't worry. Yeah, yeah, we will sit in pairs and we will help each other out.

Ashley: Well then, I… like, I have this issue because I cannot carry my PC although I can
carry my-

Siddhi: Yeah, yeah-

Ashley: Project file, so it's-

Siddhi: Carry your file, I'll carry my system. So…

Ashley: Ahh… okay…

Siddhi: If at all, like if you think, Ashley, you can complete it before Sunday then it will be
best, if you can finish. -

Ashley: I'll try to do-

Siddhi: But we do have (inaudible) puzzle. Yeah.
