Course Description :

Penology is a course to foster students’ ability to analyze perspectives, theories, and forms of
legal punishment to contemporary developments, including in Indonesia. The lecture was delivered
with student-centered methods using Small Group Discussion and Question-Based Learning. The
course material consists of politics, theories, and forms of punishment. The language used in the
learning process is Indonesian.
