19. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE UNIT OR SECTION

The Planning and Management Division/Monitoring &Evaluation Section


Consolidate and prepare annual accomplishment report of the services including foreign assisted programs and national programs, and projects
lodged at the Office of the Chief Minister; develop a system that will assess the performance of ministries, offices, and bureaus under the Office
of the Chief Minister; provide technical support to BARMM ministries, agencies, offices, and bureaus when necessary; and perform other
functions as may be directed by the Chief Minister.

20. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTION OF THE POSITION (Job Summary)

The Administrative Assistant III (Computer Operator II) shall perform routine procedures utilizing various machines including sorters, interpreters,
reproducing machines and computers, perform related clerical duties, initialize terminals for each problem and operate terminals in accordance
with operating instructions, maintains neat, orderly equipment area, assist with control and retrieval of tapes and disks, key punch data in bulk
and individual job lots, Serves as liaison officer of the Monitoring and Evaluation section, collects Accomplishment Reports of the Office of the
Chief minister's offices, assist the Project Evaluation Officer in the day-to-day operation, prints documentations prepared by the Monitoring and
Evaluation Section, Assist in the conducts of activities of the Monitoring and Evaluation Section, Assist in the conducts of activities of the
Planning Section, and perform other functions as may be directed by the Head of Office.

accomplishment reports, and perform other functions as may be directed by the Head of Office.
