output; AND/ OR potential loss is less than $1000 (USD); AND/ OR no media interest.

ATAU menyebabkan terhentinya produksi sampai 4 jam; DAN/ ATAU mengakibatkan kerugian kurang dari $1000 (USD); DAN/ ATAU tidak mendapat perhatian media.
: Any lost-time accident, AND/ OR; Medical Treatment >3 and/ or First-Aid >6, AND/ OR; Uncontrolled release of a Hazardous chemical (>200 kg) or Non Hazardous chemical (>1 ton) from primary
containment but still managed to be contained within secondary containment, Or; Uncontrolled release of a Hazardous chemical or Non-Hazardous chemical from primary containment escape from secondary
containment but still managed to be contained within factory premises (such as factory internal surrounding drainage and fat trap); AND/ OR Resulting in > 4 to 24 hours of lost production or output; AND/ OR
Cost is expected to be between $1000 and $10,000 (USD); AND/ OR Causes local or regional media interest.

menyebabkan produksi terhenti selama >4 sampai 24 jam; DAN/ ATAU biaya diperkirakan antara $1000 dan $10,000 (USD); DAN/ ATAU mendapatkan perhatian media setempat.
: Any lost-time accident (LTA) which result to death or serious disability, AND/ OR; Any LTA that results in >5 casualties, AND/ OR; Uncontrolled release of a chemical resulting in escape of material from
inside the factory going to the external environment (outside the factory) which can be handled by Musim Mas Emergency response team with loss and pollution minimized; and with the impact to the
environment overall under-control and manageable, AND/ OR Resulting in more 24 hours of lost production or output, AND/ OR; Costs exceeding $10,000 (USD) but less than $1,000,000; AND/ OR; Causes
national news media interest; Get administrative sanctions from relevant government agencies.
Cedera kehilangan waktu kerja apapun yang berakibat pada kematian atau cacat serius, DAN/ ATAU; LTA yang mengakibatkan >5 korban, DAN/ ATAU; Pelepasan bahan kimia yang tidak terkontrol yang
menghasilkan pelarian bahan kimia dari dalam pabrik ke lingkungan eksternal (luar pabrik) yang dapat ditangani oleh tim tanggap darurat Musim Mas dengan meminimalkan kerugian dan polusi; dan dengan
dampak terhadap lingkungan yang seluruhnya dapat dikendalikan dan dikelola, DAN/ ATAU; Menyebabkan produksi terhenti selama 24 jam atau lebih -- DAN/ATAU; Menyebabkan kerugian melebihi $10,000
(USD) tapi kurang dari $1,000,000; DAN/ATAU; Mendapatkan perhatian media berita nasional; Mendapatkan sanksi administrasi dari Instansi pemerintahan terkait.
: Causes wide-spread sickness, injury or death to third parties; Public safety is severely impacted, AND/ OR; Uncontrolled release of a chemical resulting in escape of material from inside the factory causing
widespread loss and pollution to the external environment (outside the factory) which Musim Mas Emergency response team were unable to handle on their own; to the extent that intervention and assistance
from external party (such as Pelindo, Jasa Marga, Damkar) are necessary, AND/ OR Costs exceeding $1,000,000 (USD), AND/ OR Causes international news media interest.
Menyebabkan penyakit, cedera, atau kematian meluas ke pihak ketiga; Keselamatan publik terkena dampak sangat parah, DAN/ ATAU; Pelepasan bahan kimia yang tidak terkontrol yang mengakibatkan
lepasnya bahan kimia dari dalam pabrik yang menyebabkan kehilangan yang luas dan polusi ke lingkungan eksternal (luar pabrik) yang tidak dapat ditangani oleh tim tanggap darurat Musim Mas sendiri;
membutuhkan intervensi dan bantuan dari pihak eksternal (seperti Pelindo, Jasa Marga, Damkar), DAN/ ATAU; Menyebabkan kerugian melebihi $1,000,000 (USD), DAN/ ATAU; Mendapatkan perhatian
media berita international.
