TURN OVER DETAILS

1) Supervision of RSB Fabrication Area


- Post updates in the group
- Check/monitor if current stocks of RSB would suffice continuous demand for the structures given the
most priority.
- Get assistance from OE JK Abalos if necessary.

2) Supervise Construction Activities in the Casting Yard


- coordinate with the Operations/M.O. regarding the resumption of fabrication of additional guardrail
posts and light post pedestals (6-m and 12-m). Get assistance from OE JK for the request of phenolic
boards, PVCs and steel rebars. This should be done at least 2 weeks before the resumption of the said
activity.
a. Completed Quantity of Pedestal Light Post as of April 23, 2022:
Footing: 146/300 pcs.
Remaining: 154 pcs.

1st Lift: 142/300 pcs.


Remaining: 158 pcs.

Total of completed (Footing with 1st lift) = 142/300 pcs.

b. Completed Quantity of Guardrail Post as of April 23, 2022:


- Original quantity requirement had already been completed (166/166 pcs.) on April 9, 2022.
Below is the additional quantity based from Revised Plan.

3) Monitor Hauling of Aggregates to Bypass


- open the excel file at Z:\BCDA\61. CRUSHER MONITORING\BCDA TO BYPASS MONITORING, then
input into it the all the details of delivered boulders and/or aggregates to Bypass. Follow the format
precisely and try to monitor the remaining quantity to be delivered in the “SUMMARY” tab.
- coordinate with the checker in charge in the crusher area to have a copy of the issuance slips. Scan all
the slips, compile into a pdf file, then send a copy to the “AGGREGATES MONITORING” group.
- recommended to do this regularly
4) Monitor Aggregates Utilization (from Crusher Area)
- same procedure as with that of no. (3), but with a different file (at Z:\BCDA\61. CRUSHER
MONITORING\BCDA CRUSHER AGGREGATES MONITORING)
5) Verify and sign requests of boulders/aggregates of FEs
- make sure that the requisition slip has complete details such as the date, station/location and the
purpose/activity. The volume indicated must be ADEQUATE and NON-EXCESSIVE as compared to the
target accomplishment to avoid unnecessary use of the aggregates/boulders.
- if the aggregate would be used for ROAD REPAIR, CORRECTION or METALLING, the FE/PE/PM
should seek first an approval from the Main Office.
6) Monitor Construction Activities in Crusher Plant, Boulders Production Area and Overpass Bridge 4 (OB 4)
- conduct site inspections to ensure that the quality of work of work is maintained
7) Daily Site Inspection including Verification of Manpower and Equipment Distribution
8) Coordinate with Eagle Cement Regarding Cement and Fly Ash Delivery and Pick up
- Consult with Batching Plant Engineer (Engr. Vicente Testigo/Engr. Alberto Roxas) regarding the daily
requirement to determine if there is a need for cement delivery. If so, ask him how many bulk would be
needed.
- Text/Call “Ms. Marj” of EAGLE Cement on or before 7 am to schedule the delivery of cement in bulk
carriers.

- the term “plotted” refers to the order being put into the scheduled delivery. If Ms. Marj does not respond,
try contacting texting Mr. Desmond instead.
- for the delivery of Fly Ash, advise the MOE in charge regarding the date it would be delivered.

9) Coordinate with concerned Engineers regarding the schedule and other necessary details for hauling to
Plaridel Bypass Project
- coordinate with the MOEs (Bypass Project) regarding the aggregates with top priority, then advise the
FE in charge in the crusher area/boulders production area about it.
- if earth moving operations would be cancelled, ask PM or PE Vir whether the DTs would be diverted to
hauling of aggregates to Bypass Project. Do this as early as possible to avoid unnecessary over time of
the DT drivers.
10) Post Schedule of DTTs/CTs
11) Assist Document Controller
12) Submit site inspection report to Main Office
13) Other related work given by superiors
