BACKGROUND: ‘The application letter dated October 22, 1999 of the proponent was received by this office on December 13, 1999. An Environmental Impact Assessment was conducted by personnel of this office on December 14, 1999, COMMENTS AND FINDINGS: ‘The backyard piggery project has e population of $ sows housed inside the lumber yard of Dagupan Tony's Lumber. The project area is located within asro-indusirial area of ‘Mangaldan, Pangasinan. Residential houses and commercial establishments are found adjacent to the project area, however, the project is enclosed with 6m CHB perimeter fence.
