Students of Aliah University may apply online for hostel accommodation at Boys' hostel and
Girls' hostels of Aliah University (New Town and Park Circus Campus). To apply online for
hostel accommodation they need td follow the link and dates given in the University
website.

After completing the online application every candidate will have to submit the printout cop)'
(hard copy) of the filled in online application form and uploaded documents (Self attested
photocopy) in a sealed envelope within the mentioned date and time at Hostel Section of Aliah
University (HMC Office, 1't floor, New Town Campus). On the envelop candidate should
mention his/her Name, Roll number, Department and "Application for Hostel accommodation
2022-23".
If any candidate does not submit the hard copy of the filled in online application form and copies
of uploaded documents then his/her application will not be considered.

All PG and UG course completed students (hostel boarders only) are asked to take hostel
clearance as soon as possible within 3l't August,2022.

Continuation of hostel accommodation u'ill be offered to the students (Hostel Boarders) pursing
two consecutive courses at this Universitl'. That is while pursing UG programme
(8.A./B.Sc./B.Tech) will be allou'ed to continue his/her hostel boarder-ship if he/she takes
admission in PG programme (M.A.,M.Sc. \{.Tech) in the same subject/department. Each
student in this category will have to appll' to the Chairman, Hostel Management
Committee (HMC) for hostel accommodation with the folloning documents.
(i) Hostel Clearance Certificate,
(ii) UG Course Registration Certificate.
(iv) UG Final Mark sheet
(iii) PG Admission receipt (from AUAT) bearing roll number
(iv) Identity card (Aadhaar cardlVoter ID card) of the candidate.

However, there will be no continuation of Hostel Boarder-ship for B.Ed. students. He/she needs
apply for hostel as a fresh candidate.

After taking hostel clearance if any student is found to stay at Aliah University hostels without
approval from HMC then that student will not get hostel accommodation and HMC may take
necessary step against him/her.
