LEARNER’S 1. It will depend on the office/department where the student is
ACTIVITIES assigned. The Head will assign tasks and the student can participate in the different activities of the office/department. The students will perform hands-on activities that are related to the skill acquired in his/her chosen field. The student will report daily to his/her assignment. 2. Renders reports to the teacher for Immersion. 3. Records daily tasks performed in a Task Notebook. LEARNER’S OUTPUT 1. Portfolio - Work site pictures - Illustrations of activities performed - Diary (narrative/account of learning & achievements, issues faced & corresponding resolutions) - Work immersion highlights - Other relevant pictures/documents - Updated resume TEACHER’S ACTIVITY 1. Coordinates with LGU 2. Monitors student’s progress 3. Provides general supervision to the student 4. Evaluates student’s portfolio & evaluates the Work Immersion venue 5. Guides students in reflecting about their work immersion experience PARTNER LGU’S 1. Provides a venue for students to apply skills in chosen field ACTIVITY 2. Assign student’s tasks/activities everyday until Work Immersion is done 3. Monitors and evaluates student’s progress and learning while undergoing his/her Work Immersion 4. Provides suggestions, recommendations to school for Work Immersion Improvement. ASSESSMENT & - At the end of the Work Immersion, the partner LGU will EVALUATION assess the student and fill out an evaluation form to be given by the school. - The school will also assess and evaluate the performance of the students based on the evaluation from the partner LGU and from the requirements that will be passed by the students.
