Veeam Cloud Data Management Platform
To offer cloud and managed service providers the best-fit
pricing model to grow their business, Veeam provides
access to an exclusive pay-as-you-grow licensing and
pricing program: VCSP Rental.

VCSP Rental offers access to a points-based pricing

portfolio, unlocking data protection and add-on
capabilities that the breadth of workloads supported.

Veeam Aggregators then offer a pre-negotiated price

per point, in a variety of local currencies, to support
monthly usage reporting each month for maximized
partner margins.

Expanded usage rights

Per the Veeam End User License Agreement (EULA), licenses may not be used to process third party data. This restriction
is lifted by leveraging Rental licenses through the VCSP program, allowing for the expanded usage rights to provide
commercial hosting services and managed services powered-by Veeam.

Volume-based discounts

Volume Rental Agreements (VRAs) offer discounts in exchange for a minimum commitment each month. For
example, a commitment to 200 points of consumption across Veeam installations may unlock a 10% discount vs No
Commit pricing. Partners looking to maximize their margins should contact their Veeam Aggregator for a quote today!

From product utilization to transacting monthly consumption, Veeam continues to innovate on the user experience of
cloud and managed service providers by building purpose-built offerings including:

• VCSP Pulse is an end-to-end automation portal to maintain contracts with Veeam and Veeam Aggregators,
configure and manage license keys, and report monthly consumption for billing.
• Veeam Service Provider Console is a FREE Veeam product that snaps onto Veeam installations, offering
remote monitoring and management capabilities to deploy licenses, capture monthly usage statistics and more.
• Veeam Universal License (VUL) is a portable license format that unlocks protection of most workloads,
including VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows and AWS EC2.
• Automated License Key Update is a capability of Veeam products which connects your installations to the
Veeam licensing server, keeping license counters, expiration dates and versions up-to-date automatically.

The VCSP Rental Usage Reporting Reference Guide offers an easy-to-use Veeam Help Center document to outline
recommended product settings, pathways to capture accurate usage reports and license exemptions, grace periods and
more to manage your Veeam installations at scale.
