It is to submit that Sri Alla Kali Krishna Srinivas (NANI), Hon’ble MLA, Eluru
Assembly Constituency has proposed the following works and requested to accord
administrative sanction under CMDF for the year 2022-23 has scrutinized and

1 Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall (Medarla) at Madepalli Indiramma Colony Phase-2,

C.P., Venkatapuram -1submitted the Annual Development Plan (ADP) of line
estimates along with feasibility reports to the District Economics and Statistics Officer (CPO), Eluru duly
following the CMDF guidelines for according administrative sanction.

Out of six no works under tied grants the following 2 works were technically sanctioned by
the superintending engineer of E.M.C
1. S.No.4:- Name of the sector: Water Supply, Name of the Work:- Providing
drilling of (4) Nos. new bore wells in Santhi Nagar 2nd, 6th line, Pushpa Leela
Nagar, Tapimastry Colony area.. Estimated Amount: 49,99,000 Approved Amount:
49,99,000 Prioritization Number: 4
 In the above work at the time of preparation of line estimates for ADP four
number new bore wells were proposed with an amount of Rs. 49,99,000 and the
same was got approved. During preparation of detailed estimates the total
estimated amount for four number bore well with all provisions exceeded the
approved amount of Rs. 49,99,000. Hence the number of bore wells was reduced
from four to three to make the estimate (the detailed estimate prepared only for 3
No’s of 200 mm dia drill bores with 15 HP submersible pump sets and for
procurement of sluice values/non-Return valves in place of another drill bore (4 th
one)) work fruitful one.

2. S.No.6: - Name of the sector: Water Supply, Name of the Work: - Providing
drilling of (4) Nos. new bore wells near vimala devi service reservoir, near aadi
andhra municipal school, pumpula cheruvu 2 areas. Estimated Amount:
49,99,000 Approved Amount: 49,99,000 Prioritization Number: 6.
In the above work at the time of preparation of line estimates for ADP four
number new bore wells were proposed with an amount of Rs. 49,99,000 and the
same was got approved. During preparation of detailed estimates, the total
estimated amount for four number bore well with all provisions exceeded the
approved amount of Rs. 49,99,000. Hence the number of bore wells was reduced
from four to three to make the estimate (the detailed estimate prepared only for 3
No’s of 200 mm dia drill bores with 15 HP submersible pump sets and for laying of
mini bore wells 4 No’s of 140 mm dia bores with 1.5 HP submersible pump sets in
place of another drill bore (4th one)) work fruitful one.

The above 2 works were entrusted to agency/Contractor on e-procurement

tender process ( with detailed list of work with clear nomenclature, following the
existing procurement procedure, Guidelines & instructions received from time to
time, while procuring / executing the above works, without any deviation before
submitting estimates for Technical Sanction ), the 15th Finance Commission
Grants are being utilized exclusively for the purpose of components earmarked
and accordingly, utilized immediately on priority basis, further ADP works are
being executed as per the prioritization and up to the extent of the released
amount for the year
