Step 1:
Verify Mobile number with OTP

Step 2:
Search Record by entering State, Scheme Name,
District & regid.

Step 2:
Select self/dependent & Complete eKYC using Aadhar
OTP.

SMS: Congratulations <Name>. Your State Health Card has


been generated with Unique ID: XX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Print your card any time by clicking
on "sects.up.gov.in/PrintCard.aspx"

Step 3:
Download & Print your "State Health Card"

Use this card for cashless treatment in private/public


empanelled hospitals under Ayushman Bharat.

Login to the portal and update the


information as per the comments
recieved from DDO/TO.

If Application status is pending then contact your DDO/TO. If applicaiton has been
returned with comments then follow the link provided to update applicaiton. If
applicaiton has been approved then follow the link to download card.
