ready to serve as a HyFlex teacher?

The Covid-19 pandemic brought to us a lot of changes and adjustments especially in the
field of education. There are a lot of changes in the teaching and learning process. Before, we
conducted teaching face to face but because of the pandemic a new learning platform was
introduced. In the new mode of learning modalities a HyFlex teacher is needed. The question is
am I ready to serve as a HyFlex teacher? The answer is Yes, I have to be ready because it is what
my chosen profession asked me to. I must not forget that whatever the teaching modality is, our
main focussed is the welfare of our students. That is why we must do whatever it takes to learn
and equipped ourselves with the skills needed in order to become a HyFlex teacher. I know that
this is a big challenge to us but with the resiliency of the Filipinos there is nothing that we will
not going to overcome.
