    Remedial instruction is needed to help those who are identified to have low performance in
    Reading and Measuring using the 2 Linear Measurement System,

    May 30, 2022 ( Monday)

    The teacher conducted one on one remedial on reading and identifying the 2 linear
    measurement systems. There were ten (10) students who underwent the Remedial Class wherein
    six (6) of them showed learning improvements in regard to reading and identifying 2 linear
    measurement system. The remaining number of students is still in need of fast-tracking remedial
    instruction for the following days.

    May 31, 2022 ( Tuesday)

    The teacher conducted one on one Remediation on Reading and Identifying the 2 Linear
    Measurement System to the remaining students who did not meet the passing grade with the
    evaluation.

    June 1, 2022 ( Wednesday )

    The teacher conducted one on one Remediation on Reading and Identifying the 2 Linear
    Measurement System to the remaining students who did not meet the passing grade with the
    evaluation as well as to those who needs assistance in the mastery of the lesson.

    June 2, 2022 ( Thursday )

    The teacher conducted one on one Remediation on Reading and Identifying the 2 Linear
    Measurement System to the remaining students who did not meet the passing grade with the
    evaluation.
